Registration

Customers must accept this agreement and correctly fill out the order form. The customer is responsible for the confidentiality of their password and will ensure not to communicate it to third parties. If the customer is a minor, they must have parental authorization beforehand to benefit from our services. With or without this authorization, any minor customer will assume responsibility for their actions.

Use

Uploading files with illegal content (copyright infringement, pornography, hacking, insults, etc.) or contrary to national or international law is strictly prohibited on our servers, and will result in account termination without prior notice or refund. Abusing the mail() function in PHP for spamming, virus distribution, etc., will be immediately penalized. Customer websites may contain all the elements available on the web (graphics, sounds, Java, JavaScript, PHP, HTML, etc.).

Commitment

Vestalicom cannot be held responsible for the content or use of any of its accounts, or for the malfunction of any of its machines that could result in losses for your business, association, etc. The customer must respect trademark rights, copyright, and agrees not to use Vestalicom's services to store, distribute, or promote viruses, trojans, or any other program harmful to internet users. The customer alone will be responsible for any direct or indirect, material or bodily harm caused by the use of their account and will bear the consequences alone.

Information

Vestalicom will not be able to communicate information about its customers outside of the cases authorized by law. Each customer has the right to modify and delete data concerning them, and they commit to the accuracy of this data.

Modification

Vestalicom reserves the right to modify the general terms and conditions of sale for its shared hosting service at any time.

Termination

Vestalicom reserves the right to terminate the contract within 7 days of signing the contract without the need to express the reasons. The refund will be made within a maximum period of one month. The termination will take effect immediately after written notification is sent to the customer.

Suspension

Vestalicom may be forced to suspend its activity due to force majeure, such as earthquakes, wars, acts of terrorism, fires, floods, storms, strikes, failures of public networks or telecommunications that could harm the proper functioning of its infrastructure.

Streaming

Vestalicom declines all responsibility for the broadcast streams. The customer must clear the copyright if they stream pieces for which they do not have the rights.

Creation Conditions

Accounts are activated within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt of payment. An email is sent to the customer with all the information related to their offer.

Payment Conditions

Vestalicom accepts all payments by check, credit card, bank transfer, and postal order for all its offers.
An identity document may be requested before or after the activation of your account for any payment via the Paypal system (Credit Card), bank transfer, in order to verify your identity.
5 days before the expiration of their account, an email is sent to the customer to notify them of the expiration, and they will then have 2 days to renew it.
Once this period has elapsed and without any news from the customer, the account will be suspended for a period of 24 hours. After this period has elapsed, the account will be deleted from our servers.
If you wish to stop using Vestaradio's services for recurring payments, please notify Vestaradio by phone, email, or letter.

Right of Withdrawal

By subscribing to Vestaradio for a web radio service, and given that it is provided immediately, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-28 1° of the Consumer Code.
